Returns and Exchanges
We will exchange or issue a refund (Less P&P) if goods are returned in its original packaging, unsoiled and unused within 14 days. Where an exchange is required delivery is free (UK only). Please ensure you have proof of postage and that the goods are labelled clearly. India Jayne will not be held responsible for any returned goods not received or damaged in transit.
If an item is faulty it must be returned to us for inspection and if necessary we will forward it to the Manufacturers for testing, before replacement goods or a refund can be issued. (Please allow up to 28 days). This does not affect your statutory rights. We must be informed of any damage or dissatisfaction with any order within 48 hours of receipt. Please send all returns to:

Description and Pricing
We make every effort to maintain accurate pricing on our Web Site but it is not always possible for reasons beyond our control.

We reserve the right to discontinue items and to change prices where necessary.

Delivery
All orders over £25 are delivered carriage free throughout the UK mainland.

Same day despatch is normally achieved provided the order has been received & Processed by India Jayne before 5.00 pm during Working Days*. However Please allow (2-3 days for you order to be processed)

If India Jayne find any problems with your order, you will be contacted via your preferred contact method.

Posting and Packing Charge
Delivery is free (within the UK mainland) for all orders over £25 inclusive of VAT. For orders under £25 inclusive of VAT a small order charge will be levied. This charge will be included in the final payment.

Transit Delays and Non­Delivery
The Customer must inspect the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery or upon purchase from a store and shall within 14 days of such delivery or receipt give notice to the Customer Service Department of India Jayne of any apparent physical or delivery damage in the Goods.

Queries regarding shortages of Goods must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Queries regarding Goods invoiced but not delivered must be made to the Customer Service Department of India Jayne within 14 days of invoice date and the invoice number must be quoted.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling
Regulations, Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.

All prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable

*Working Days - Monday to Friday inclusive but exclusive of Bank Holidays.
